Last Saturday on 23rd of May 2015, Nashata organized their second BASH (Be Active, Stay Healthy) event at Kelab Taman Tasik, Putrajaya, this time exclusively for special guests. Guests arrived at 7.30 am (some even earlier!) in high spirits, anticipating a good work out session and breakfast ahead.
First on the agenda was the morning work out. The work out was conducted by none other than All Rashid and assisted by our very own Nashata Fitness Evangelist, Eda Fuzi. We started with some light stretches, followed by some breathing exercises. We gradually moved to some yoga poses, with different ranges of difficulty. The work out session concluded with 20 minutes of Insanity cardio work out, and some cool down. Everyone was very enthusiastic and the crowd was pumping with energy!
After working out was time for a well-earned breakfast. While eating, everyone was briefed by Nashata’s in-house designer on some useful fashion tips to look good while working out. Some important points to consider while exercising is dressing appropriately to your body shape, and different fabric types to suit different work out needs such as performance based or casual. Nashata’s designs are flattering for most body types, so there are plenty of tops, pants, and hijab to suit your work out needs.

The event concluded at around 11am. Everyone did a great job organizing the event. Kudos to the ladies of Nashata for ensuring the event ran smoothly!
