I have two major events coming up: Pink50 Ultra and Malaysia Women Marathon. In order for me to successfully complete these events, I was advised to run at least 200km per month. I wish I have time to run during daytime, but, daytime training isn’t an option for me since I have 9-to-5 job. So I have to run at night or very early in the morning to clock in that targeted mileage. This isn’t the safest time to run not just to female runners, but all runners regardless of their gender and age, because it is dark. It is always a good idea to be extra cautious.
