Many people are trying to live a healthy lifestyle now more than ever before. Many are looking for that circle of friends that will support this healthy lifestyle. As you know, if we want to build a healthy community and have more health aware circles then we should start with raising healthy children.
As a physical education teacher, I have been searching for the right way to approach my students and encourage them into living a healthy lifestyle and learn how to make healthy choices. The best way I have found is to make fun videos for them and it has done wonders in my teaching so far.
Here is a little fun video I made for my students.

My name is Nura, I am a physical education and swimming teacher. It is a little hard for me to find the perfect swim wear but Nashata’s swim wear has helped me do my job with less hassle.
I work with kids and my work is very sensitive, I have to be vigilant at all times and I have to be prepared for anything that might happen in the swimming pool. My swim wear needs to be light but covering. It also needs to be heavy duty but not something that will be uncomfortable. This swim wear have given me everything I need. I have not had issues with feeling that something is dragging me in the water.
I owned this swim wear for about a year and it is still holding up well. I am in the swimming pool at least 3 days a week with my students.
I really like the concept of having a body suit under the top, it feels nice. It can be problematic at times. If I have more than one swimming lesson in a row then bathroom trips can be a problem (it is not easy to change with the body suite under). Other than that, I am happy with my modest swim wear from Nashata 😀

But before you jump into any plans to lose weight, you need to keep in mind that weight loss is permanent.
Think about your goals
Here are some points that you need to consider before starting your weight loss plan.
Get out of the Ideal weight/look mentality: Be realistic. Genetics play a big role into how we lose/gain weight and how we look.
Assess why you need to lose weight: Is it for health issue or just to follow trends?
Commitment: Don’t break the promises you make with your body. Losing and gaining weight again and again can cause more harm than good.
Dieting stress: Are you able to handle dieting? Are you going to follow random diets? Never follow diets that are based on one food group or takes out an important food group out of your meal. Always be supervised by a professional.
